Israeli Chicken Schnitzel: Air Fryer Style

Wh desn;t love Schnitzel? Our family loves it but I don’t love all the oil invlved, so I decipded to cut it int stris and air fry it. And it was a huge hit when I served it to some of my friend’s grand children! Here is my recioe for you to make for yor kids and grandkids!



Get your butcher to pound boneless chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch in thickness.

Cut breast’s into strips 

Beat 2 eggs

1 cup seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs (or add garlic and onion powders, tarragon 

and oregano flakes to almond flour).

Dip strips into eggs then coat in the breadcrumbs 

Place into air fryer basket.

Airfry for 10 minutes at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes turning once.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
