- 1/2 cup of almond or regular milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut or almond butter (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of oats
- fruit topping of your choice
- Mix all ingredients into a mason jar or small container. Stir well and seal. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!!
