Overnight Oats

I cannot say enough good things about Overnight Oats. Packed with nutrients and loaded with flavor, this gluten-free and vegan breakfast or snack is a staple in our refrigerator. You must try this now!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of almond or regular milk
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut or almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • fruit topping of your choice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a mason jar or small container. Stir well and seal. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  2. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!!
