I am not a cocktail girl, and I’m not sure that this Frozé even falls into the cocktail category, but I’d serve it as such on a warm summer day or evening because it is truly fabulous!


  • 12 ounces Rosé wine
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed and quartered
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of honey


  1. In a blender mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a few hours. serve with a chilled glass of Rosé.
