Two Ingredient Healthy Fudge Cake

Butternut squash and chocolate chips are all that you will need to make this delicious dessert!


  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, cut into chunks, and roasted.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, melted.


  1. Roast the butternut squash on parchment-lined baking sheets at 425° F.
  2. Puree in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the melted chocolate chips and blend until smooth. Transfer to a lined springform pan or shallow bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but best to leave overnight.

Slice or spoon directly into your mouth!!
