Here’s a chocolatey twist on gluten free granola! Made with rolled oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nut butter, honey and chocolate chips, you are likely to be keeping this on the kitchen counter, always!
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup any Nut Butter (peanut, almond or cashew all work well)
- 1/4 cup honey (more or less to taste)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a large bowl, mix oats, cocoa powder and cinnamon.
St nir in nut butter and honey
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350° F for 25-35- minutes
Remove and let cool.
Break into medium sized pieces and store in airtight container.
