This is the easiest Thanksgiving Appetizer you will ever make. It is so delicious that I am doubling the recipe this year! But here it is in its original form.
Ingredients
• 8 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
• 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cup pumpkin purée
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1 tsp fresh thyme
Toppings:
• Fresh rosemary
• Chopped walnuts or pecans
• Extra honey to drizzle
• Crackers, pita chips, or veggies for serving
Directions
1. Blend feta and Greek yogurt in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add pumpkin purée, honey and thyme.
Blend again until creamy.
3. Transfer to a bowl and swirl the top with the back of a spoon.
4. Add a drizzle of honey, chopped nuts, rosemary, and serve with crackers or veggies.
