Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Four ingredients are all you need (plus chocolate chips) t create these grain feee, egg free, processed sugar free, melt in your mouth treats!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients including chocolate chips.

Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten them, since these won’t spread on cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
