From the moment I saw this long dress on a mannequin, which was lounging on one of Bloomingdale’s shelves, it was love at first sight. I actually asked Kelia Allen, my personal shopper at Bloomies, if she could remove it since it was the only one in my size.
After dismantling the otherwise happy mannequin, I made my way into the dressing room, dress in hand. At $36 this dress was quite a steal. This is one of the benefits of shopping in the Aqua department at Bloomingdale’s. It can be hit or miss, but when you hit, you will knock it out of the park. As the temperatures become a tad chillier in the evenings here in Los Angeles, the addition of a black jean jacket can take you from day to night.
