These crackers are the perfect way to reset yur eating habits without forsaking flavor and crunch!

Ingredients:

•    1 large ripe avocado
    •    ¾ to 1 cup almond flour (start with ¾ cup, add more if needed)
    •    1 teaspoon baking powder
    •    1–2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (to taste, for that cheesy vibe)
    •    Sea salt, to taste
    •    Optional: garlic powder or onion powder (pinch, optional)

Directions:

    Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
    Stir in almond flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast, and sea salt.
Form dough into ball and place between two sheets of parchment paper.

Using a rolling pin (a wine bottle works just as well), roll it out to desired thickness.

Cut into small squares with either a pizza cutter or a sharp knife.

      Sprinkle lightly with extra sea salt if desired.
      Bake for 20–30 minutes, depending on thickness, until golden brown and crisp.

Cool slightly before breaking into crackers.
