Quick and easy and relatively guilt free is what I call these squares. Made of dates and almond butter, vanilla and a little coconut oil, your taste buds and waistline will be in heaven. Like everything though, moderation is key!
Ingredients:
- 4 dates soaked in warm water to soften
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- sea salt flakes
Directions:
Soak the dates in warm water until soft.
In a food processorm, mix dates, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla
Spoon into a parchment lined loaf pan and spread evenly.
Top with salt flakes (Maldon brand )
Freeze for a couple of hours or overnight.
Cut into squares. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
