Roasted Heirloom Carrots

Heirloom carrots are best when roasted. Here's my foolproof recipe! 

1 tbsp fresh Rosemary
1 tbsp fresh Thyme
1 tspSalt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Oil
Heirloom Carrots

Mix together and brush over the carrots. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes turning carrots every 10 minutes.
